Book design for Michelin-star chef Ollie Dabbous. The cookbook balances the delicacy of Dabbous’ cuisine with the restaurant’s raw aesthetic, using elegant photography by Joakim Blockstrom, subtle grey tones, and understated typography within a flexible grid. The cover features a textured print process that creates a sandpaper-like effect, reflecting the restaurant’s tactile character.
