Identity design for Huis Marseille, Museum for Photography in Amsterdam. The comprehensive rebrand—including a new logotype, monogram, website, print collateral, exhibition design, and merchandise—balances the museum’s rich heritage with a contemporary typographic system.
Alongside the identity we created a city-wide brand campaign paired with documentary-style photography of Huis Marseille’s historic interiors. Focusing on intimate details rather than full rooms, the approach invited curiosity and left space for imagination. Photographer Sarah van Rij’s cinematic, compositionally bold style brought the concept to life across print, social films, and large-scale projections—reintroducing Huis Marseille as both a cultural landmark and a contemporary voice within Amsterdam’s creative landscape.
